What is the difference between the Biodome & Biosphere?

Ok, I’m specifically talking about the one(s) in Montreal, I think it was created for a World’s Fair.

buisphere relates to all living things enveloped within the earths atmosphere and biodome is an artificial closed ecosystem, representing the biosphere.

The Biosphère is an exclusive venue to better understand major environmental issues, including those related to water, air, climate change, sustainable development and responsible consumption. It was the US pavilion for the 1967 world fair. Then was tranfered ownership to the City of Montreal. Its Located on Ile Sainte Helene.
The Biodôme is a unique museum of the environment. Live collections with more than 4800 animals of 230 species and 750 plants species in four ecosystems from the Americas,
each with a different climate . All under one roof! its located right beside the Olympic Stadium
The Biodome is great , because you can see, smell and feel different types of climates. Wonderful plants and animals.
